HP's business range runs from small LaserJet Pro printers for a few users up to LaserJet Enterprise and Color LaserJet Enterprise multifunction devices for departments. HP has a very wide choice of compact A4 devices, which suits offices that want a printer close to each team rather than one big central copier.

Cost per page

For most businesses the running cost matters more than the purchase price. On larger A3 copiers, toner is usually high-yield and cost per page is low, which favours bizhub-class devices in high-volume offices. HP's Enterprise models with high-yield cartridges also bring cost per page down, while small entry-level printers of any brand cost more per page.
