Which Kyocera printer or copier is right for my office?

For a few people who print letter and legal size, an ECOSYS desktop printer or multifunction is usually enough. For a busy team that copies, scans and needs 11" × 17" paper, choose a TASKalfa copier. What is the difference between ECOSYS and TASKalfa?

ECOSYS models are compact desktop printers and multifunction devices for individuals and small teams. TASKalfa models are larger copiers for busy offices, with bigger paper trays, 11" × 17" paper on most models and finishing options such as stapling.

Can I lease a Kyocera instead of buying?

Yes. Kyocera printers and copiers can be leased from $39/month on 36, 48 or 60 month terms, and toner and service can be added on a managed print plan.

Do you install and service Kyocera equipment?
