Questions
How much does a maintenance contract cost?
It depends on how many devices you have, what they are and how much you print. We give you a fixed price in writing — no obligation.
What if something breaks between visits?
Call us. Every plan includes repair visits; your plan sets how fast we respond and which parts are included.
Which brands do you cover?
Every major brand, including Kyocera, HP, Canon, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Ricoh, Sharp, Lexmark and Brother. Tell us your models and we will confirm.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. If your printing grows or your needs change, we can move you to a different plan.
How long is the contract?
Usually 12 to 36 months. We can talk about other terms.
Can older or refurbished machines be covered?
Usually, yes. We may do a quick inspection first so we can quote fairly.
